We started the design process in March 2021, the site had been entirely paved over with system pavers (yuk)
Based on discussions with the client , a preference for a lush tropical landscape was desired. We scraped the site clean, and began excavation for large Date Palms and Canary Island Palms. Meanwhile the General Contractor began demolishing existing work and recreating a 500sf outdoor kitchen, bocce court, childrens play are, swimming pool / spa, view decks, outdoor firepits and more.
