An initial meeting is established with the client / owners to discuss the needs, wants and desires and budget for the project. The Clients ideas and aspiration are shared with us which helps us to establish the basis of the design.
Camille Beehler Landscape Design, we believe that creating an outdoor environment should be a collaborative effort between the client and the designer, and that each design should reflect the unique vision of the client. BASE PLAN PREPARATION
We provide a comprehensive Base Plan Preparation service if civil and architectural files are not available, we will create a base plan in AutoCAD format utilizing Google Earth and site measurements. Our plans include detailed site information such as topography, existing / proposed buildings, existing trees to remain, site features, and utilities. Our experienced professionals take the time to understand your landscape design project needs and provide high-quality, accurate base plans to ensure the success of your project.

INITIAL CONCEPT DESIGN
Our Initial Concept Design Service offers a comprehensive approach to creating the perfect outdoor space. We take into consideration pedestrian, vehicular and service circulation needs, solar orientation, program elements, landscape structure and design, and produce a hand-sketched and hand-colored rendering to bring your vision to life. Our team of landscape experts will work with you to create the perfect outdoor space that is tailored to your unique needs.

REFINED CONCEPT DESIGN
The Refined Concept Design incorporates information from initial concept, additional client input and practical refinements from the development of the initial concept. We develop a detailed plan in AutoCAD that captures the desired aesthetic and functionality of the project. Our team works closely with you to ensure that the plan meets all of your needs and expectations and indicates initial plant typologies and material finishes.

3-D SKETCHUP VISUALIZATION
In order to understand the project we recommend creating the proposed design in 3D, visualizing the design in 3D is the fun part when it comes to landscaping and environmental design. Our 3D visualization service allows you to understand the design in three dimensions, giving you a better understanding of how the project will look when completed, incorporating vertical design elements, colors textures, materials and finishes...Let the fun begin!

We provide an indication of probable costs upon approval of the final concept design. This includes demo, site prep, irrigation, plantings, lighting, and bids from licenced pool contractors, wood decks, gates, and hardscape.
